A family-run business born on the banks of the Hudson, built on trust, and still going strong after more than two decades.
How It Started
It started with a dock and a handshake.
We grew up on the Hudson. Summers on the water, winters watching the river freeze over, springs helping neighbors get their boats back in the water. This place is in our blood.
What started as helping out a few families along the river grew — slowly, steadily, by word of mouth — into something bigger. People started asking us to look after their properties while they were away. Then their gardens. Then their estates.
We never set out to build a big company. We set out to do good work for people who deserved it. That's still all we're doing, just for a lot more people now.
The Journey
How we got here.
Started with a single dock and a handshake agreement with a neighbor on the river.
Word spread. Families began trusting us with their estates, not just their boats.
Added a full property maintenance crew to meet demand across the Valley.
Over 150 properties, 40+ boats, and the same family running the show.
